**Key Performance Area**:

- Office administration, creating presentations and other management-level reports
- Supporting the Dev-Ops team with tasks that include data processing and user testing of in-house software systems.
- Supporting the executive team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and ensuring that action items are followed up on to completion.
- Supporting the Finance Director with the completion of finance-related correspondence and administration.
- Supporting the Compliance Manager with new-franchise onboarding and regulatory requirements across the franchise network.
- Administration of real estate-related processes (sales and rentals) - as these are introduced to Head Office services.
- Oversight of our internal project management system, Bitrix, to ensure it is being used effectively by all Head Office staff.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- 3years working experience
- Relevant undergraduate degree/ diploma demonstrating numeracy and literacy competencies.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively.
- Written communication skills to effectively convey information in a simple (east-to-understand) way.
- Interpersonal and project management skills to work with various Head Office departments Computer and Google Workplace proficiency.
