**Requirements**:

- 4 + years experience in warehouse management or supervision, preferably in an overseas setting.
- 6 + years experience within the overseas warehouse environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions to challenges that arise in a warehouse environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and quality control.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise Warehouse Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory counts through regular audits and cycle counts. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to manage inventory levels effectively.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Delegate tasks and ensure that staff adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. Monitor product condition and implement measures to prevent damage or loss.
- Optimize Efficiency: Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Identify areas for cost savings and process optimization.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Implement safety training programs and maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities. Generate reports as needed to track key performance indicators and communicate with management.
