**Purpose of the Job**:
The main purpose of a Stock Replenisher is to manage the inbound Supply Chain by optimizing the inventory mix in the Distribution Centre through effective management of key supplier accounts and product ranges. The main key receivers are the divisional office, distribution center, and suppliers.

**Job Objectives**:
Accountable For:

- Forecasting exception management
- Project management
- Data analysis and reporting

**System configuration of supplier accounts to optimize most profitable ordering patterns/frequency**
- System setup and collaboration with individual suppliers to ensure optimal supply chain synergies.
- Analyze opportunities and align system settings to maximize cost.
- Monitor supplier statistics to ensure adherence.

**Item parameter setting and data analysis to enable optimal forecasting results**
- Analyze and maintain individual item records.
- Input and maintain market-related information into replenishment solutions.

**Product lifecycle management**
- Manage the product life cycle from new item introduction to exit from the market.

**Place supplier purchase orders to ensure that inventory and service level policies are followed.**
- Daily processing of system-recommended orders.
- Ensure supplier orders are in line with service level goals and inventory policies.

**Ensure effective delivery and scheduling of Promotional Planning and Replenishment**
- Manage inbound product availability in line with divisional promotions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure stock for planned promotions.
- Analyze weekly promotional demand exceptions.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Matric

**Desirable**
- Diploma/degree in Supply Chain or relevant qualification

**Experience**:
**Essential**
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant (Retail/Supply Chain) experience is required.

- Effective planning of workload and organising in order to meet deadlines
