Responsible for the design, planning, and coordination of a building or other structures. Here are some of the roles and responsibilities of an architect:
Designing: The primary role of an architect is to design buildings or structures that meet the needs of the client. This includes creating detailed drawings, plans, and models of the proposed structure.

Project Management: Architects are responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.

Planning and zoning: Architects are responsible for complying with local zoning laws and regulations. This involves researching zoning codes and working with local officials to ensure that the building design is compliant with these regulations.

Budgeting and estimating: Architects must have a thorough understanding of construction costs and budgeting. They are responsible for estimating the cost of construction and managing the budget for the project.

Communication: Architects must communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project. This includes presenting design ideas and plans, negotiating contracts, and resolving disputes.

Environmental sustainability: Architects must consider the environmental impact of their designs. This involves designing structures that are energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable.

Construction supervision: Architects are responsible for overseeing the construction process to ensure that the building is constructed according to the design and specifications.
- Degree in Architecture
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an Architect/ Senior Technologist
- Proficient in using Revit Architecture
- Drivers license and own vehicle would be an advantage
