- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
- Organize, rotate, and stock shelves during each store visit
- Participate in sales meetings and on-site training
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers
- Check that merchandise has price tags or labels
- Assist customers with special orders
