**DUTIES: -**
- Strive to meet sales targets & budgets
- Follow up & maintain customer back orders and quotes
- Perform regular cycle counts as and when required
- Filing
- Assist another staff & supervisor as and when required
- General house keeping
- Perform parts telesales & counter sales
- Parts related administration i.e. generation of pick list and quotations
- Provide standby after-hours services
- Sell parts
- Work overtime when required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Applicants must have minimum of ABET L4
- At least 3 years’ experience on Bell parts counter
- Must be familiar with the AS400 and SAP Parts system
- Good general knowledge on Bell & Bell related parts
- Good customer relations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good telephonic skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Good command of English language both written and oral
- Valid driver’s license
- Applicants must be well presented
