**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Knowledge of various forms of contracts (NEC, FIDIC and JBCC would be an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposals/bidding generation with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Experience and background in construction or an engineering field is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop the Proposal Plan and review the Enquiry Summary, if necessary.
- Analyses Contract requirements and conditions.
- Approves the scope of work of each party involved in the bid.
- Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes.
- Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery.
- Deliver persuasive writing and proposal best practices.
- Defines and approves the bid cost structure with support from the Estimator and based on the evaluations made by the other technical departments (engineering, procurement, assets management).
- Approves the preliminary project cash flow developed by the Estimator.
- Endorses the project organization, overall project schedule, overall execution plan, and overall resources plan developed by the Operations Team.
- Assists in bid vendors list definition.
