To source, receive, enter and control reservations information in the reservations system and assist in the processing of reservations using the appropriate systems. Responsible for collecting sufficient information when taking reservations in terms of the Guaranteed Booking Policy and follow-up on Individual Reservations, Group Reservations and Conference and Banqueting Bookings in order to obtain necessary information prior to the guests’ arrival.

**Requirements**:

- South African citizen or work visa
- 3 - 5 years Revenue or Reservations experience essential
- Hotel/Hospitality Management and PMS Certificate essential
- Advanced computer, PMS and revenue management system knowledge
- Valid driver’s license
- Extreme attention to detail and time management skills
- High communication (written and verbal) skills

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
