**Position Overview**:
The Junior Graphic Designer plays a key role in providing marketing and advertising and agent support, by supporting the marketing manager in its day-to-day running of the marketing department. The appointed person will be working under instruction but the ability to be self-motivated, use initiative and work independently is **essential**. The must familiarize themselves with the company's strategic goals and aspirations to ensure that targets and goals are met. Qualities such as management skills and business acumen will be an advantage as the incumbent should show a level of responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Produce sophisticated graphic design artwork to support marketing’s creative vision.

2. Elevate and refine presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral from existing templates (from agent packs to social media listings).

3. Excellent knowledge of digital designing and print production (must be able submit print-ready artwork.)

4. Adhere to brand standards while continually improving design.

5. Manage and document project timeline and approval process.

6. Work with Marketing department or Brand GMs to determine layout, design, and approval

7. Proofread marketing, press, and general copy.

8. Assist Marketing team with any work that may be outside of your role

9. Understand each brand completely, to create brand-aligned collateral.

10. Basic knowledge and understanding of Videography and Video Editing

**Key Attributes/Experience**:
1. Knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, Adobe After effects and Premiere pro etc.

2. 1-3 years’ experience

3. Degree or diploma graphic design

4. Understanding of print and digital design profiles and layout hierarchy.

5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

7. Creative thinker who will contribute ideas.

8. Must be trainable / coachable and be able to work without supervision

9. Service-oriented attitude and professional manner.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
