**EXTERNAL VACANCY**

**JOB TITLE: CASH CONTROLLER X2**

**LOCATION**:RIVONIA

(GAUTENG)

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:To keep records of incoming and outgoing cash, processing day
- to-day transactions, maintaining records, producing periodic financial control reports.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric with Mathematical Literacy or Maths
- High service delivery, customer centric and performance mindset
- Microsoft excel (Intermediate)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing finance and retail branch cash movements.
- Ensure quality control with regards to store finance documentation and record management.
- Perform day to day reconciliations.
- Perform pre-audit for transactions captured on Accpac system.
- Follow up with the bank for money collected.
- Follow up with the cash connect and other cash management services companies for discrepancies identified.
- Assist with audit support.
- Handling expense reports.
- Preparing and maintaining excel spreadsheets.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rivonia, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)
