We are currently seeking an experienced property host for our self-catering properties located in the Atlantic Seaboard and Cape Town CBD.

If you meet the following requirements, we encourage you to apply:

- Possess a valid driver's license and own car (REQUIRED)
- Previous experience in the same or similar position
- Reside within a 15km radius of the Atlantic Seaboard/CBD in Cape Town
- Familiarity with duties and procedures in self-catering apartments and/or Airbnb
- Grade 12 qualification (advantageous)
- Minor maintenance experience (advantageous)

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all bookings are prepared prior to check-ins
- Meeting customer needs and desires effectively
- Providing a helpful and inviting environment for guests
- Implementing efficient check-in/out procedures using our property management system and WhatsApp
- Managing daily arrivals and departures
- Conducting thorough cleaning inspections before guest arrivals
- Performing meticulous exit inspections upon guest departures

This role is on-site, Monday to Saturday, with the occasional Sunday. (Rotating shifts). There will alo be some occasions where there will be late check-ins (after midnight) with international guests where you will need to meet and greet them at their booked property (Rotating shifts).

What the hiring process looks like:

- If you are shortlisted, we will contact you to have a 5-15 minute introductory call
- We will then ask you to come for an in-person interview where you will get to meet the team
- If it feels right for everyone, a trial day will be scheduled where we will get a sense of your capabilities and you can see if the role is something that you will enjoy (this will be paid at R350 for the day)
- If there is uncertainty, we might ask you to come for a second trial day. Hopefully, we will be able to make you an offer sooner rather than later.
