**JOB DESCRIPTION**

JOB TITLE : Debtors Clerk

NAME:
DEPARTMENT : Admin

RESPONSIBLE TO : Credit Manager

**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**

Invoicing out to all Clients.

To ensure that the correct rates are being charged and that all information is correct according to each client’s specification and special requirements.

The administration of the invoicing and movements are efficiently attended to on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.

**MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS**

**FREIGHT**
- Sales accruals, 15 days
- POD acquittal, 10 Days
- Raising sales orders daily
- Copying of POD’s
- Reading in loads on plans
- Invoicing customers and updating plans with invoice numbers invoiced to customer.
- Mail invoices to customers
- List transporter invoices for creditors, get it signed and file
- Queries
- Balancing and reporting on sales accruals and revenue
- Filing

**GENERAL**

Perform adhoc tasks/assignments from time to time

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R14,250.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Isando, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
