Matric

A tertiary qualification in Hospitality and tourism is advantageous.

3 years’ experience in Tourism and Hospitality travel

IT literacy, with experience of packages such as Excel, ResRequest, MS Word etc Personal

OPERA experience essential

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Dealing with guests over the telephone
- Taking and inputting reservations
