In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts within the food production sector, driving client satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key accounts in the food production industry.
- Be the go-to person for clients, proactively addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and services that align with each client's requirements.
- Host regular meetings with clients to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, employing cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and the activities of competitors to inform strategic account management decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on the performance of key accounts, sales projections, and business development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the food production industry or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline.
- A proven track record of effectively managing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Frequent travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
