**CES Gas Installer**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- As CES Gas Installer, you are responsible for the installation, testing and commissioning of new or the replacement of equipment on existing gas facilities as per request
- Conduct routine and corrective maintenance on existing installations according to company processes and procedures.
- Creating up-to-date records and detailed reports on all jobs performed is part of your work routine, while accepting total responsibility for the quality of all work performed
- Conscientiously you ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Afrox SHEQ standards, customer site specific SHEQ standards, CES and Afrox engineering standards as well as regulatory bodies standards
- In order to follow manufacturers' equipment operating instructions, e.g. for operation of welding machine, you complete necessary trainings as and when required by the license to work
- Constantly, you maintain a professional image, including keeping PPE clean, maintaining personal hygiene standards and presenting a courteous attitude to customers
- You manage to keep all housekeeping standards required, including the working area, tools and equipment; and leave the CES vehicle in a clean and neat condition at all times

**What makes you great**
- A matric certificate or N3 equivalent is achieved by you
- You gained at least 3 years of experience in gas installations and maintenance
- An LPG Commercial and Compressed Air Gas QCC license, as well as a valid driver’s license is in your possession
- As a team player, you possess great communication skills as well as a very good command of English
- A strong willingness to work standby when required is present
- In addition, a pipe fitting/installation/mechanical background with knowledge of industrial gases and mechanical and electrical equipment is desirable
