Butter Supervisor

**Required Standards**
- Diploma /any food Manufacturing courses or any relevant qualification.
- Experience will also be an advantage.
- 2 years Experience in food manufacturing industry.
- Good Planning.
- Staff Management.
- Communication and knowledge of the processing machines.
- Able to read ,write and time manager.

- Planning shifts
- Make sure the paperwork is done accordingly
- Make sure the workstation is clean and in order.
- Planning Leave.
- Maintain order and discipline.
- Make sure the flowbins are clean.
- Time Management.
- make sure the line is drained properly every after use and end of the shift.
- Make sure that the filters are cleaned daily and recorded.
- Make sure the gear pumps are stripped and cleaned every after use.
- Make sure cream is released before use and it is within the correct specification.
- Make sure the staff is dressed properly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R21.00 - R116.00 per hour
