**Salary Range**: R20 576 + Benefits

**Requirements**:
Fluent in Swedish (B2+) and English
Completed Matric
South African Citizenship or ID
Fibre Line 10 mbps/5 mbps

**Benefits**:
R117.35 Per hour = R18 776 Base pay

**Medical Aid**: R1800

**Spousal Medical Aid Contribution**: R1000

**Child Medical Aid Contribution (per child)**: R330

**Night allowance**: Extra pay for night shifts

**Early Morning allowance**: Extra pay for morning shifts
Overtime pay according to BCEA (Basic Conditions of employment act)

**Responsibilities**:
Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals assigned by management
Demonstrate clear and polite written and oral communication
Maintain a positive and professional demeanour and portrays the company in a positive light
Follow company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately
Demonstrate knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures.
Use customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional customer experience
Escalate customer issues appropriately and correctly
Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
Proactively communicate system and process issues, and customer feedback trends to management
Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond
All other duties as assigned
