Purpose of the role

To work closely with the Product & Performance Teams to estimate future product demands with the goal of maximising sales, cash flows and customer satisfaction through in store availability.

Main Responsibilities:

- Forecasting Future Demands
- Strategic Supplier Management - OTIF
- Inventory Management - Open to Buy
- Seasonal Planning - Trends, flow, launch, exit
- Range performance and optimisation - space planning, ROII

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Supply Chain or Business qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Merchandise Planning & Replenishment

Personal Attributes:

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Able to communicate performance to an Executive level
- Use data and strategy to challenge decisions
- Enjoys collaborating as a team and leading projects
- Ability to lead and influence decisions and outcomes

Analytical Capabilities:

- Expert to Master proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work with with ‘Big Data’ with ease
- Excellent report building capabilities
- Strong forecasting and trend analysis capabilities

General:

- Create and implement new processes
- Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong partnership with all stakeholders
- Take decisions independently
- Able to drive performance through influence and collaboration
- Excellent understanding of end to end supply chain vision and operation
- Self Starter with the ability to operate independently and autonomously
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
