**Bonnievale**

Our client offers an opportunity to a SENIOR PRODUCTION/ FARM MANAGER on an extensive citrus and plum farm in the Bonnievale area, Western Cape.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing all production activities including planting, irrigation, fertilizing and pruning
- The effective management of the total human resources component
- All related administrative and audit functions
- Procurement procedures
- Full budgeting process and adherence to agreed budget and financial indicators
- Review of all risk related matters
- Continuous improvement of production processes and outputs

Please note this is an EXECUTIVE LEVEL position.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 10 years comparable experience is required.
