- The role of Legal Counsel is to identify and mitigate legal risk through providing specialist legal advice, drafting and vetting contracts, managing regulatory actions or litigation against the bank and ensuring that the company remains legally compliant.**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Admitted Attorney
- Experience - Three to five years relevant experience
- Experience in banking an advantage
- Experience in commercial asset-based finance and fleet management an advantage**additional requirements**:

- 3-8 Years working experience
- Experience in Asset Based Finance
- Experience in drafting of legal contracts
- Exposure in being a Legal Advisor
- Manage Legislation
- Working in a banking/ financial industry
- Exposure working in a high-pressured environment
- Exposure working in multi areas of the business.
- No Referral plan is assigned to this job
