**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- The core function of the lodge anchor is to host the guest and manage all aspects of their
stay to maximize guest delight
- Valid RSA Driver's License
- Exceptional Guest Relations skills
- Ability to manage staff
- Understanding and ability to manage the different departments
- Ability to plan ahead and problem solve
- Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Big 5 reserve and 4 star lodge necessary
- ResRequest experience will be beneficial
Package
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience and references
