**Position: Superintendent SLP (Social and Labour Plan) & Facilities**

**Industry: Mining Industry**

**Location: Phalaborwa, Limpopo**

**Salary: Market-Related Salary**

**Purpose of the Position**:

- Ensuring compliance of the Minerals and Petroleum Development Act 28 of 2002.
- Implementation of the Social and Labour Plan.
- Local Economic Development Programs and Management of the Companies Facilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Law Degree / BCom Law / Equivalent
- Post Graduate qualification in Corporate / Labour Law will be an advantage.

**Experience**:

- 5 years relevant experience in compilation of SLPs, relevant reports and the implementation of LED projects in a mining environment.
- 5 Years middle a management experience in the mining industry.
- Management of budgets, reporting and negotiating skills.
- Working knowledge of project management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Compilation of the Social and Labour Plans.
- Implementation of the Local Economic Development Projects.
- Budgeting and the Management of Financial Resources.
- External and Internal Reporting.
- Management of the Companies Facilities.
