2+ Years of Bookkeeping experience, within a franchised motor dealership.

Excellent working knowledge of an Accounts Management Program and working knowledge of Evolve.

Cashflow

Capturing of Bank transactions in Evolve

Processing journal entries where necessary

Bank reconciliation

Daily cashflow

Debtors and creditors reconciliation - Full Debtors and Creditors function

Debt collecting

Financial administration of Deposito’s payments, Service Plan payments

Reports on fuel consumption

Follow up on outstanding orders

WIP in workshop and Parts cash recon and follow up on outstanding invoices.

audit and control

Pettycash

Parts stock-taking every month

Invoicing to OEM for rebates

Floorplan management - Recon with Evolve, Scheduled payments and floorplan.

Financial administration of Floorplans,

Capturing vehicles on floorplan

Full Job Spec will be discussed in interview.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rustenburg, North West: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dealership Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)

- Afrikaans as well as English (required)
