- Assisting clients with general queries
- General administrative duties
- Daily balancing of cashbooks
- Procedural compliance of the organisation
- Managing staff

**Requirements, Experience & Qualifications**
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to coach and train staff members
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Is a problem solver and proactive thinker
- Is motivated, trustworthy, reliable, hardworking and a good team player
- Possesses good administrative skills
- Has good people skills
- Is passionate about their work and the development of others
- Flexible and willing to relocate
- Applicant MUST have experience in running a branch as a Branch Manager
- Internal applicants must have completed BMTT training
