To love and respect the learners, preparing them for their school career. This is their first taste of school and needs to set the foundation for a happy, positive, and confident approach to learning. Buckingham is where they will grow up - from a little more than a toddler
- to a young adult on the precipice of greatness.

The teacher is their mother, their role model, their carer, their educator, their mentor, their support and their best friend. Little minds are highly influencable, and have a capacity to learn at an incredible pace. Never again will they be able to learn so effectively and so fast.

We are looking for a passionate, loving, firm, well organised, driven, and creative soul - whose profession is their life and who will love each and every child as their own. It is the teacher's task to ensure that Buckingham is their happy place and their home away from home.
