**Hillcrest, KZN. **Well-known fresh goods Retailer seeks Butchery Receiving / Admin Manager with at least 3-4 years experience in a similar role within a Butchery department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create purchase orders for stock required
- Receiving of stock; ensure bulk stock checks are conducted, receive deliveries from relevant suppliers with security present
- Checks and ensures invoice information contains accurate information as in accordance with stock received, checks the quality of stock received; damages, expirations and shortages
- Checks on stock rotation within cold rooms
- Inter-department transfers
- Daily pre-production
- Assist with all staff related admin; rosters, leave forms, etc.
- Assist with weekly stock takes

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role within the Butchery department
- Experience in a retail environment will be advantageous
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
