**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Grade 12 with 3 years’ relevant experience
- Must be fully bilingual; must be fully conversant in Afrikaans and English
- Valid driver’s license

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receptionist duties
- Administrative responsibilities
- Completion of auction administration and accounting
- Responsible to follow-up outstanding debtors
- Bank and auction reconciliations
- Handle all enquiries from sellers, buyers, clients and personnel pertaining to the auction.
