**Responsibilities**:

- Production Oversight: Direct and oversee all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, processing, and packaging, to meet production targets and ensure efficiency.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain high-quality control standards, ensuring products meet both customer and regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control production costs, including materials, labor, and overheads, to maintain profitability.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance and proper operation of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Compliance: Ensure all factory operations comply with industry standards and regulations, including health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and waste reduction, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the meat casing or food processing industry.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and team performance.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards in the food manufacturing sector.
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing management software.
