**Requirements**:

- _ Financial/Accounting Certificate or Diploma together with 2 years experience or a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role_
- _ Proficiency in Pastel Partner would be advantageous_
- _ Excellent attention to detail and time management skills_
- _ Strong communication and interpersonal skills_
- _ Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team_
- _ Knowledge of the mining and industrial sector would be advantageous_

**Responsibilities**:

- _ Processing of cashbooks and monthly bank reconciliations_
- _ Assisting with procurement duties including preparing purchase orders, assisting in the selection of the appropriate supplier, placing orders, receiving and distributing orders for various departments, maintaining purchase records, and capturing orders and supplier invoices on Pastel._
- _ General office duties such as filing, scanning, and answering phone calls._
