A repuatable law firm in Johannesburg is seeking for an IT Support Technician with more than 3 years experience in IT Support
- end user support to join their team. The individual must be skilled and experienced as follows:

- 3 years End-user or IT Support experience
- Experience in providing first-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals.
- Experience in resolving queries or technical issues on Microsoft Office 365
- Expertise in troubleshooting and repairs of computer systems and peripheral equipment
- Expertise in: Microsoft Azure and Cloud Microsoft 365
- Qualifications: Diploma: Information Security Management Systems or Certification (ISMS), Microsoft Desktop Support Administrator Certification, MCSE - Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, ITIL Practitioner certification

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R260,000.00 - R340,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- IT Support: 3 years (preferred)
