Complete all technical worksheets with detailed information.
- Complete load test, service, and inspections forms.
- Complete site job cards and record the job card numbers on the worksheets.
- Ensure the booking in of items received from customers at the Stores during offloading.
- Diagnose faults on all lifting equipment by conducting inspections.
- Attend to breakdowns as per the standby roster.
- Carry out repairs, service, and inspections of lifting equipment, tackle, and machinery.
- Perform load tests on lifting equipment, tackle, and machinery.
- Identify necessary manufactured parts and equipment that need replacements.
- Provide a detailed list of parts and equipment that need replacement.
- Conduct appointment 2.9.2 as per MHSA regulations and responsibilities.
- Conduct in-house weekly inspections on lifting equipment, machinery, and tools.
- Inspect the vehicle before leaving Company premises.
- Complete site-specific vehicle inspections as required.
- Drive the vehicle in accordance with road regulations.
- Report any defects on the vehicle immediately.
- Ensure that the vehicle has a full tank of fuel at the end of each day.
- Report any accidents with the company motor vehicle accordingly.
- Check the correctness of paperwork and goods when collecting and delivering goods.
- Complete daily timesheets and submit them to the Branch Administrator.
- Write out goods issue vouchers when collecting any goods and hand them to the Branch Administrator.
- Book in goods sent in for repairs by customers by completing a job card.
- Generate computer-based management reports on resource efficiency.
- Manage work execution in a safe and predictable manner.
