Senior SPA Lecturer

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and handouts, to ensure they align with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct practical training sessions to enhance students' practical skills and techniques in beauty treatments.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Assess students' performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments, and provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the beauty industry to ensure the delivery of relevant and up-to-date content.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement curriculum enhancements and improvements.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and other institutional initiatives as required.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the beauty industry, with a focus on skincare, makeup,, nail care, and spa treatments.
- Proven experience in teaching or training in a beauty-related field.
- A relevant qualification in beauty therapy or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, trends, and best practices in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom and practical training setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to the beauty industry and teaching.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
