**Role Description**: Appointment Setter

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.

**Outreach**:Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our products/services and create interest.

**Qualification**:Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's target customer profile.
Gather relevant information about the prospect's needs, timeline, and budget.

**Appointment Scheduling**:Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Coordinate and manage calendars to optimize scheduling efficiency.

Address any questions or concerns the prospect may have and provide additional information as needed.

**Communication**:Collaborate with the sales team to align on strategies and share insights from prospect interactions.
Provide regular updates on appointment scheduling and lead generation activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- **Persistence**: A determined and resilient attitude to handle rejection and persevere in generating appointments.
