**About the role**:
With a head count of 100 employees across London, Cape Town, Germany, Bulgaria, Dubai and more, BVNK is looking for an ambitious Junior Dealer / Trader to grow the Investments function of the business.

**As Junior Dealer / Trader, you will**:

- Assist with and execute orders for clients.
- Ensure all trades are accurately booked and reconciled in the system on the day they are executed.
- Review and assist the team in the implementation of general and administrative issues, relevant to the desk.
- Observe the firm's trading & risk management procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with the team and assist in resolving any settlement problems.
- Ensure client general satisfaction and proactively seeks to grow volumes with existing clients.
- Assist in general administrative activity for the team (Account opening, AML/KYC investigations, Account Maintenance, etc.).
- _Please note: _Responsibilities will be commensurate with level of experience.

**What we need from you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, and/or related field.
- 3-6 years previous experience in FX broking/trading will be advantageous.
- Interest in and knowledge of cryptocurrencies would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong analytical ability.
- Organised and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to follow up to meet deadlines.
- Must have demonstrated the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.

**Nice to have**:

- Have experience establishing this function within a high growth fintech or software industry
- Experience working in a Product Led organisation.
- Analytical & numerical skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Ability to quickly process & react to new information.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
