**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Act as a stand-in Lodge Manager during the Manager’s absence, maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Supervise and motivate staff across various departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries and ensure their stay exceeds expectations.
- Assist with lodge administration, including reservations, budgets, and stock control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to maintain 5-star standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a 5-star hospitality environment.
- Previous experience as an **Assistant Lodge Manager** or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver excellence.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of lodge systems and administration is an advantage.
