Bar Attendant

Interact with guests, take orders and serve beverages

Ensure the correct presentation of the bar, including cleanliness and availability of stock

Ensure availability of ingredients, accompaniments and condiments to prepare all beverages available on all beverage lists

Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and according to drink recipes, using the correct glassware.

Serve guests in a friendly and helpful manner

Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of beverage products, menus and promotions

Always ensure the availability of glassware and utensils

Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of fridges, shelves, mirrors and equipment

Maintain liquor inventory and consumption. Accurate stock taking. Preparing inventory

Accurately record breakages, wastage according to company policy

**Salary**: From R25.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bar Attendant / Barman: 3 years (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
