**Key Accountabilities**
- Maintain employee timecards (daily) to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Interact with Kronos users (_**Employees/ Area Managers and/or Store Administrators**_**)** on a day-to-day basis to ensure the accuracy of data on the Kronos system.
- Generate routine reports of the Kronos data for internal and external customers using existing or needing reports.
- Partner closely with Operations Department to ensure scheduled hours for each site is correct for each employee.
- Ensure new employee validation and enrolment onto Kronos and/or biometric system is completed accordingly.
- Partner with Accounts Department to ensure AOD hours are correct and in line with the SLA hours per store.
- Run and prepare payroll reports as/and when requested.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to improve on knowledge base regarding Kronos and timekeeping.
- Organize and maintain Kronos files, documents, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Assist in executing department projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification - preferably in HR and/or Payroll.
- 1+ years of Payroll experience preferred (Experience with Kronos, or a similar system is a plus).
- Strong administration skills and can work under pressure.
- Superior interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and shift direction easily.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful self-starter who can work independently while understanding the importance of teamwork.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month
