Key purpose of the role
The role involves providing logístical support, facility maintenance, and event coordination to ensure smooth operations and improve the workplace environment.
Key outputs/accountability
Assist with timely deliveries and collections.
Support vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with servicing schedules and vehicle cleanliness.
Aid in routine building maintenance tasks.
Manage stationery stock control.
Coordinate the setup and breakdown of internal events and promotions.
Conduct weekly office walkabouts to report maintenance issues promptly.
Educational qualifications

Matric or equivalent competency level
Required knowledge and experience
2-3 years driving experience in a commercial environment.
Exposure to administrative work is advantageous.
