Are you a tech-savvy professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage IT operations? Look no further LDP Chartered Accountants and Auditors is seeking a skilled IT Supervisor to oversee and maintain all IT and System Information requirements of our firm.

As an IT Supervisor, you will report directly to the IT Manager, collaborating closely to ensure smooth operations and the highest level of technical support for our team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from fixing computer problems to providing assistance with program-related issues. You will also be responsible for managing phone problems, software installations, and maintaining network systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fixing computer problems, including program-related issues and software installations
- Resolving phone problems and ensuring smooth communication
- Updating and maintaining software and hardware systems
- Troubleshooting printer issues, both jams and network-related problems
- Addressing internet connectivity problems
- Cable management and ensuring the integrity of our network infrastructure
- Supporting webinar and training sessions by hosting and recording sessions
- Managing user access and backups
- Ensuring the backup and security of SharePoint systems
- Providing hardware support and assistance with Acer products
- Updating printer address books and phone user lists
- Assisting with laptop setup and maintenance, including backups and restorations
- Renewing software licenses and managing Vodacom contracts
- Coordinating service and maintenance of fire extinguishers, UPS, alarm systems, and roller gates
- Facilitating new laptop orders and setup

**To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills**:

- NQF 5 Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in various computer hard
- and software packages, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access), Internet, and Outlook
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience of IT procedures, computer software and hardware, and servers within an audit environment
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
