Weighbridge Operator

**CORE PURPOSE** : to control and co-ordinate the movement off the material, so that all acceptable materials entering or leaving are recorded and accounted for in line with licensing requirement.

**KEY OUTPUTS**
- Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure all documentation is received, completed in full and correctly.
- Accurately and promptly capture all receipts loads over the weighbridge.
- Use the correct orders for applicable loads.
- Accurately and promptly capture all dispatch loads over the weighbridge.
- Adhere to safe working procedures and working instructions when operating all equipment.
- Ensure all sundry goods are dispatched correctly and received sundry goods are processed correctly.
- The required paperwork must be signed and completed.
- Check that all goods dispatched are produced as per client specification.
- Maintain good house keeping around inspection points and weighbridge including material and equipment.
- Do daily weighbridge test and report to management.
- Update all relevant receipt databases and systems.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12.
- 1+ years’ experience as a Weighbridge operator will be an advantage.
- Computer literate - MS office with good Excel and Word skills.
