Key performance areas but not limited to the following:
Experience in any ERP system is required but AX Dynamics / D365 is advantageous.

High proficiency in the full MS Office package with specific reference to Excel

At least 2 years’ hands-on experience on Pastel or similar Payroll system.

Skills set, experience and knowledge required:
Debtors Function: Reconciliation, follow up on outstanding debtors, attend to queries.

Payments: Check and process of all local and overseas payments.

Bank Institution correspondence: Prepare and submit overseas payments, EOI Submissions - declare to the bank the shipping documents of upfront payments processed. Ensure effective overview and retrieval system.

Monthly Accounting Accruals processing

Payroll: Process Wages payroll (Weekly and Monthly wages) for 2 Companies on Pastel

Preparation of returns MIBFA - Wages staff contributions for provident fund. DOL - UIF. SARS payments

Additional Attributes:
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Must be able to multi-task.

Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software

Proficiency in English

Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Not a clock-watcher and must be willing to work overtime when required.

Fully computer literate

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good people skills must work well as part of a team.

Excellent Document Management skills

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

Clean Credit history/no garnishees or negative findings against credit status

Pay: R28,000.00 - R36,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goodwood, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
