**Responsibilities**
- Trade matching, managing escalated queries
- Overseeing and team support
- Specialist for on and off-market, with focus on on-market and international.
- Ensure controls are in place for mitigation of risks
- Maintain process documents
- Provide support to the team on their deliverables, on new client take-ons, any projects and staff training as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a completed tertiary qualification (Accounting, Finance, Investments)
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years settlements / trade management experience, with both on and off-market
- High attention to detail
- Client services focussed
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player and positive disposition
