**Description**:
Duties will include (but not be limited to): *reception desk: welcoming & greeting of guests *checking in of guests *review guest accounts & payments *answering & directing phone calls *admin tasks *assisting with bookings *assisting the Front of House Team in their duties.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
- Matric;
- 3 years’ experience in a hospitality setting, preferably 5-star environment;
- Excellent computer proficiency (Protel and Microsoft Office);
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written);
- Additional languages beneficial.
