The core purpose of the position is to: Always act in accordance to the Asset Management & Company Policy
- **Safety and Security,**
- Control access to Storeroom
- Ensure a safe working environment for Employee’s and visitors
- Ensure adequate physical / electronic security
- Enforce health and Safety rules
- **Inventory Management**
- To maintain accurate records of all stock movements constantly in adherence to company policies and procedures. o Accepting Deliveries and Shipping of all Goods o Issuing and receiving of stock from all internal and external customers
- **Maintaining and Improving Inventory Accuracy,**:

- Planning and Organizing Stock
- **Preparing Documentation and Reporting**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Warehouse / Stock Control (35%)**
- Ensure that deliveries are checked and signed for and details communicated to the Asset Management team in an accurate and timely manner. This would include all maintenance and or project stock.
- Verify that the stock receipted corresponds to the POD.
- Verify the condition of the stock, alert Stock controllers of any damaged boxes / equipment for inspection before accepting the stock.
- Capture all incoming stock accurately in the asset management system on receipt. (Including Maintenance, Project, Demo or any other stock received)
- Issue Project stock to Prep centre as per stock checklist.
- Ensure Project stock is prepped and ready for issuing to engineers as per project schedule.
- Issue Project stock to the engineer as instructed by stock controller, ensure stock matches stock checklist.
- Issue Maintenance stock to engineer as per instruction from the stock controller.
- Receipt faulty stock from engineer and ensure that stock is marked correctly, fault description is clear and correct.
- Manage Faulty Stock and Written off stock
- Receipt faulty stock items from regions and engineers
- Ensure that the process of testing occurs
- Ensure that the faulty sticker is visible
- Book in with supplier if required once confirmed via the National Repair controller.
- Add to the asset disposal if BER once confirmed via the National Repair controller.
- Ensure that stock is cleaned before packing on the shelves.
- Ensure all units on the shelves are complete units.
- Ensure that stock is packed on the correct shelves per customer.
- Advising Stoc controller of distribution and allocation of stock.
- Asset Tag items if required
- To carry out a physical stock take on a monthly basis and reconcile to system generated stock list for customer stock.
- Warehouse housekeeping - Maintaining the warehouse for cleanliness and systematic control
- Courier of stock
- Determine the weights and dimensions
- Complete the waybill
- Package item carefully for shipping
- Follow up with the courier for collection

**Bakkie Checks (5%)**
- Assist the stock controller with bakkie checks as and when required.
- Communicate bakkie check results to stock controller.

**Reporting (15%)**
- Compile and submit movement report to the Asset Management Supervisor or assigned Stock controller
- Complete Recons and submitting to Asset Management Supervisor or assigned Stock controller
- Submit Stock audit report to Stock controller, ensure that all queries are sorted

**HSSE (20%)**
- Ensure that a safe environment is always maintained in the storeroom including,
- Enough Lighting
- Pathways are open and meets the minim required distance
- Equipment is packed to a safe height
- Right equipment is used when interacting with stock
- That the employee does not engage any activity that introduce risk to Stowe and or any other employee or visitor
- Ensure that anyone entering the store has the correct PPE and understand the risk and rules of the storeroom.
- Ensure anyone entering the storeroom has completed the company required visitor’s guide / paperwork and HSSE induction
- Escalate any risk or safety concern immediately to the Asset management supervisor.

**Minimum requirements**
- Relevant Stock Control, Inventory Management and Warehouse management Diploma.
- 3 - 5 Years’ experience
- Driver’s License
- Valid South African ID
- No criminal record

**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 3 years (required)
