Job Summary: A Food Connoisseur is an expert in food and beverage who possesses an in-depth knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and culinary techniques. Their primary role is to taste, evaluate, and recommend food and beverages to clients or customers. They must have an acute sense of taste, smell, and sight to identify the different ingredients used in a recipe and the nuances of their flavors and textures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taste and evaluate food and beverage items for quality, flavor, and appearance.
- Identify and assess ingredients, flavors, textures, and culinary techniques used in the preparation of food and beverages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, chefs, and other food industry professionals to stay updated on the latest trends and products in the market.
- Research and analyze food and beverage trends to make recommendations for new products or menu items.
- Create and curate menus for events or restaurants, taking into account the preferences and tastes of clients or customers.
- Provide education and training to staff members or clients on food and beverage selection, preparation, and service.

Qualifications:
