**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients to discuss their floral preferences, themes, and budgetary constraints.
- Source high-quality flowers and foliage from markets and suppliers.
- Create detailed proposals and quotes based on client specifications.
- Design and assemble a variety of floral arrangements, including centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, and decorative installations.
- Ensure that all floral designs are executed with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with other vendors and event staff to seamlessly integrate floral elements into the overall event design.
- Manage inventory, budget, and expenses related to floral operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in floral design.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional florist, preferably in a wedding or event setting.
- Proficiency in floral design techniques, including bouquet construction, wiring, and arrangement composition.
- Strong knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal availability, and care instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Creative flair and a passion for creating beautiful, unique floral designs.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
