Conveyancing Attorney

High profile, long established group of attorneys has an opening for a progressive, dynamic Conveyancer to provide professional support to branch offices in four Gauteng suburbs, working within the area of Developments.

Role Responsibilities include but not limited to;
Signing up Transfer and Bond documents for Development clients

Processing general Transfers for Developments

Handling client reporting, meetings, etc.

Attending at the Deeds Office to address any queries

Role Requirements:
Possess solid general conveyancing experience and knowledge of legislation

regarding land registration

A minimum of 6 years experience working as a Conveyancer (Post articles)

Excellent communication skills (English) both verbal/written

Strong team work skills/ethics

Proven ability to function within a high volume work environment

Salary package for the above role is negotiable dependent on experience.
