Our client, who has a Manufacturing business in Elsies River, is seeking an organized and tech-savvy **Executive Assistant** to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO.

The perfect person should have great communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. As the **Executive Assistant**, you will be an important part of their team, offering top-level admin support to the CEO and making sure their operations run smoothly.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle the day-to-day tasks of the CEO
- Managing the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
- Participate in high-level meetings and conferences and prepare minutes and summaries of actions
- Draft high-level reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and analyze data
- Manage the various projects initiated by the CEO

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- 5+ years of experience as an EA to a CEO, Managing Director, or any other senior executive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

**Remuneration**
- Market-Related
