**Company Description**:
Our client in Logistics is currently looking for learners to join their Parts learnership within the Service Department program. This program will allow individuals to learn and gain knowledge not just about the logistics industry but will also allow for the growth and development of planning and administrative skills.

**Job Summary**:
These are the areas that you will be exposed to during the learnership:

- OCS Order and Customer Support
- Import and Export Compliance
- Warehouse Administration
- ISO
- Inventory Planning and Control

Duties and Responsibilities:
**OCS Order and Customer Support**:

- Managing customer back orders
- Order creation and invoicing
- ETA verifications
- Query management
- Filing and document control

**Import and Export Compliance**:

- Planning and coordinating export shipments.
- Preparing documentation for export shipments.
- Import and export customs compliance.
- Processing SARS VAT or duty payments for import returns shipments.
- Export documentation filing and archiving.

**Warehouse Administration**
- Cycle count and stock take preparation.
- Operational staff shift planning.
- Site maintenance
- Equipment management
- Delivery scheduling and route planning

**ISO**
- Understanding the organization and its context
- Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties
- Understanding the scope of the Quality Management system and H&S System
- Generate, review and update required ISO processes, procedures, forms, and checks within the departmental requirements
- Determine the inputs required and the outputs expected from these processes
- Determine the sequence and interaction of these processes
- Determine the resources needed for these processes and ensure their availability
- Assign the responsibilities and authorities of these processes
- Address the risks and opportunities for improvement as determined by the requirements.
- Evaluate these processes and implement changes needed to ensure that these processes achieve their intended results
- Improve the processes and the Management system
- Ensure appropriate identification and description of processes, procedures, forms, and checks.
- Ensure appropriate review and approval for suitability and adequacy.
