As an IVF Specialist at the clinic, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with fertility challenges. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, guiding patients throughout their fertility journey.

**As a Fertility Doctor your day will involve**:

- Conducting comprehensive patient consultations, examinations, and assessments to determine suitable fertility treatment options.
- Performing various fertility procedures, including egg retrievals, embryo transfers, intrauterine inseminations, and fertility surgeries.
- Monitoring patients' progress through diagnostic testing, ultrasound scans, and hormonal assessments.
- Analysing and interpreting fertility test results, designing customized treatment protocols, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including embryologists, nurses, and counsellors, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in reproductive medicine, attending conferences, and participating in research projects to contribute to the clinic's continuous growth.

**To start your journey with this prestigious clinic, you background will include**:

- A Medical Degree with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Reproductive Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
- Proven experience in IVF and assisted reproductive techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication abilities to educate and counsel patients effectively.

The package is lucrative to include
- Basic salary from **€140,000 - €220,000** depending on experience
- Bonuses of up to 25% based on your patient success
- Civilised working hours 8 - 4pm Monday - Friday
